I went in to get my car emissions. I waited in the waiting area when the mechanic came out and was very nice and said my car was done, it passed but would be a few more minutes because the garage door wouldn't open to let my car out. He apologized. All good, things happen but 1/2 hour later we walked into the garage and door was still stuck. We asked the service manager if he knew how long estimate it would be and he said "how do I know" Wouldn't even say sorry for the inconvenience and stared back down at his phone. I then approached him and saw SIR I have to get back to work. Can I get a ride home and he looked at me with disgust and yelled around to see if anyone WANTED to give me a ride home. Made me so comfortable. Just as some guy got his car to give me a ride home the manager came out and I quote said" Hey your car is out of garage'. Never a "I'm sorry for the delay, etc. I will never go back to that place again for any kind of business. They treated me with sick disrespect. Except for the young mechanic who apologized. Maybe the manager should take lessons from him.
