Greatest car buying experience I've ever had. Received top dollar for my trade in and still got an additional discount on my new 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee. After the purchase and driving it for a few days I noticed a noise from the back, slight vibrations so brought it back and they made sure everything was good to include replace my rear shocks!

Pretty good dealership. Easy to work with pre and post sale. Would be a 5 but they didn't detail the car well prior to us picking it up and I had to bring it back for a good cleaning.

Salesperson was outstanding (otherwise would have been 1 star). Sales Manager and F&I Manager are self-serving and shady so be careful. Didn't reveal everything and are clearly out for themselves. Great vehicle with some important blemishes not revealed by dealership. A good deal is a win-win not one-sided. A level of professionalism and transparency should be necessary from an honest dealership. Hiding things they know they fixed and not revealing them does not instill confidence. Probably won't do business with them again.
