I first had Dave come out to my house 3 years ago to do painting and repair work. The painting was good and the repair work was just Ok (it since came back). I recently had him out again about 6 months ago to repaint 1/2 the upstairs of my house and requested eggshell paint (the paint that was used prior). I found out last month that the paint was not eggshell that it was flat and NOT washable (paint came right off the wall). I emailed Dave several times, called several times and even had my wife call and he blew us off and gave us the run around. He painted the walls in flat paint rather than what we asked for so we had to have another painter come out and redo the walls to fix his mistake. This cost us time, money and aggrivation and in the end Dave never fixed the mistake he made.
Dave and his crew where awesome! The work was top quality and his help was polite and helpful. I couldn't be happier with the job they did and would definitely recommend them.
