The delivery team could not have been more considerate. They covered their shoes, they called mid-week to check on a Saturday delivery, and they were polite and extremely careful when bringing the pieces into the house and putting the table together. I have only praise for the way you and Kloter Farms does business!!

Amazing store! Both inside and out it is clean and welcoming. The ice cream stand was great with many good choices. Our grandchildren loved the swingsets! We weren't really in the market, but their outside storage buildings, gazebos etc. were the best I've ever seen- great designs, well built and very reasonably priced! The furniture and accessories inside were also very beautiful and high quality, again very reasonably priced.
Everything here is truly a labor of love, the quality in craftsmanship shines through strongly. They truly appreciate the customers and that leaves an impression as well, not only in salesmanship but in the mini events. A wonderful place to get lost in for a while and imagine the possibilities. The employees seem to love being here, and i find that impressive as well
The 8' round natural cherry table is absolutely gorgeous!! It is the MOST BEAUTIFUL table I have ever seen!! Thank you for making the arrangements and carefully reviewing the specifications, and finding a carpenter with such meticulous finish work. The base is a work of art, and you cannot even see the center split--the top looks smooth and seamless. The wood the carpenter chose is stunning!!

Your store is absolutely amazing!!! The staff are the best people so knowledgeable and helpful, but not a pain. We came just to look and ended up purchasing a kitchen set, and a couch, love seat and chair and ottoman. The highest of quality in all the items we purchased. We couldn't be more happier with each item! High High Quality!!! and it didn't end there, we got a pleasant phone call as to when our merchandise would be delivered, and two of the nicest, politest, cleanest young men who delivered and put the pieces together in our home. We would give your store and staff from top to bottom more than a 5 star! Since then I have been back and purchased many Christmas decoration items!!! I am in love with your store since we have found it!

I knew of Kloter's reputation for service and quality before I bought from them. Now I know from experience. The rep I worked with was not only knowledgeable about Kloter products, he had a great eye for color and pattern. Now I have a beautiful Smith Brothers sofa that looks much better than the sofas I saw in other stores.
