Clean. get food fast it’s mcds so it’s not bad for what it is. Definitely better than stafford or enfield mcds
They messed up my order putting pepper on the sandwich then the next sandwich to replace it was scorching spicy hot. And ketchup and mustard was on top of my cheese burger bun not inside.
Worst experience at a McDonald's in my life. Not only did it take 20 minutes in the drive thru they also gave me the wrong order. 10 min down the road I go to eat a dbl quarter pounder and thered no bun or condiments on it. I called the manager and she said I can come back for a new one. I will never be ordering from there again wasted over 4images for that type of service and am told I can drive back for another. What horrible customer service! You would think the time it took to get to the window they could at least get the order right
Wow. This McDonald's looks so nice and new from the outside. What a disappointment as we ordered and ate there tonight. The order took a really long time to get, despite there being no one else waiting for food. We figured it would at least be hot since it took so long to make freah...not the case. Cold stale fries. Cold chicken nuggets. Then we went to sit down and almost every table was dirty. We wiped one off to sit at. The ketchup dispensers are empty so you have to wait to get a little pack of ketchup from an unfriendly employee. The floors are filthy and the place sadly looks really neglected. We went to get a mcflurry after the meal. Ordered a peanut butter cup one from the menu. They don't really have that one any more even though it is listed. Ok, so we ordered mms. The girl puts mms on top of the ice cream and hands it to us without mixing it all up. When I asked about it, she said the machine isn't very good. Ok then!
